1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, labels, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or tampered skincare, beauty, cosmetic, personal care, or health-related products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales may also be non-returnable unless they are faulty.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number, clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so our team can investigate and process your request as quickly as possible.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are reviewed individually. Approval of a return is subject to verification of the issue reported. We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our policy requirements or show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or excessive wear.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed payment method.

6. Refund Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 12 to 15 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order and are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is requested for reasons other than our mistake, the customer may be responsible for the shipping expenses.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
